We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and creative Pastry Sous Chef to join our client's team based in London. Working at a prestigious site, the kitchen caters for a wide range of functions and events from small a la carte dinners to high volume events as well as canapes parties and buffets. As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Exec Chef and Head Chef to produce a high standard of dishes. All food is of an extremely high standard (rosette) and therefore presentation and detail is critical.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
- be an experienced Pastry Chef with a proven and stable background
- ideally have some events/high volume experience
- be creative and able to push the boundaries with food
- have an excellent eye for detail and presentation
- be a good team player as well as use your initiative
- be willing and flexible as well as have a positive attitude
