Your Role
As an already experienced Engineer in building Mechanical and Electrical systems, statutory compliance and project management you will form an integral part of the Asset Management Team. 
The successful applicant will be required to remain proactive and versatile as the work undertaken is extremely diverse and varied in terms of both scope and clients. You will be expected to play a key role in delivering small to medium scale projects involving a broad range of building M&E systems, this will involve checking compliance of installations to relevant standards, carrying out condition and life cycle assessment surveys and overseeing commissioning of systems once completed for handover to the client. On top of this it is expected that the applicant will also assist the wider Asset Management team with any M&E or Facilities Management related projects, produce reports showing findings and schedule maintenance regimes and costs. Experience in supporting with energy efficiency surveys, report production. The ability to carry out DEC or TM44 assessments would be beneficial but not essential.

About You

As an already experienced engineer you will be working towards gaining Chartered Engineer status. Along with this experience you will bring with you versatility, attention to detail and commitment to the task at hand, going the extra mile to get the job done to the highest of standards at all times. The ability to work independently and as part of a team will come naturally, as will excellent time management. 

You will have strong communication skills and be able to operate as part of a wide and multidiscipline project team. The role will be client facing and so experience in building and managing client relationships is essential. Suitability for Security Clearances is essential.
