Head Chef needed for very busy Café & Bistro located in the Hope Valley

Castleton/Buxton area of Derbyshire £25,000
Cafe Day time working hours

Summer Bistro nights 2 nights a week - June to September

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head chef or chef who is looking better working hours. They are seeking a chef to head up and run the kitchen within a busy café & Bistro environment.

This cafe serves an array of fresh meals and snacks form early morning until early evening. The cafe caters for over a 100 covers on a busy day in high season and they are looking for a chef to use as much local produce to produce all fresh food on site. They offer home baking, snacks and also some more substantial options all cooked fresh on site.

The site will also offer Bistro Nights two nights a week in the summer months. So this is an ideal opportunity for a chef to raise the bar and create an exciting bistro menu using Derbyshire Finest produce to a high standard

As Head chef you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’

The successful applicant for this Head chef role will receive an excellent salary £21-25,000 doe. Your shifts will be working 5 in 7 days, working most weekends but mainly

Cafe shifts are 8.00am - 5/6pm Plus two Bistro evenings a week in the summer months and during winter this will drop to 2 a month.

Please note this Head Chef position is a permanent position
