This is an expansive Senior Pensions Administrator role, where you will be responsible for administering a large, high profile Defined Benefit Pension Scheme working within a dynamic environment where you are actively encouraged to contribute to process improvements. Specifically you will be responsible for complex pensions calculations on both automated and manual systems, leading to taking ownership of reports and summaries when required. Furthermore, you will be required to mentor and check the work of your junior team members, as well as the training of new staff and taking the lead role in a variety of projects.
The successful candidate for this role will need to be an experienced, competent Pensions Administrator, who possesses a wealth of experience of working within the Pension industry on Defined Benefits schemes. It is essential that you have good knowledge of Pensions legislation and administration procedures and the manual calculations experience to be able to check work accurately and to tight deadlines.
