Hospitality and Office Services Assistant - £18-24K - City based
We urgently require a superb hospitality/office services assistant who is switched on and helpful to support two corporate receptionists in the delivery of their work.
This is a temp position with the potential to go permanent.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to work in luxurious offices in the City and you will be required to coordinate the catering and hospitality for the front of house areas and support the team with ad hoc tasks.
See below the full duties and we are ideally looking for a candidate with a hospitality/catering background.
- Assist with catering for external meetings and management/executive committee meeting
- Assist with managing the reception kitchen, maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintain stock levels
- Provide reception cover for sick days
- Assist the Office Services team with Scanning, answering external calls and any other relevant administrative tasks
- Articulate, with excellent communication skills
- A friendly, outgoing and warm personality
- Attention to detail

- Keen to learn about our business and willing to be flexible in tasks outside the immediate role
