Restaurant Manager needed in a highly regarded Restaurant with rooms

This restaurant has won an array of awards and is always aiming to achieve higher standards and excellence.
They looking for a Restaurant Manager to push on and work with the owners and help mange this elegant establishment.

The ideal candidate for the position of Restaurant Manager will have fine dining experienceworking in a quality ideally 2 rosette Gastro pub, hotel or Restaurant.

As Restaurant Manager you will be required to run shifts in the restaurant and bar on a day to day basis and be very hands on working alongside your very small team

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible and assist with staff training, ordering , stock control , opening and closing the restaurant

The Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high

The working pattern for the Restaurant Manager will be with 5 days out of seven, as the business requires.

It is essential for the Restaurant Manager to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.

The Restaurant Manager should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress further in the industry and a passion for the highest standards.

The successful candidate will gain a starting salary of circa £25,000 but will go higher + great tips and an excellent opportunity to work in this well renowned property

This Restaurant Manager role is a full time permanent post. Commutable from Harrogate and surrounding areas or accommodation available
