Remuneration

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in house building / residential industry.

  • Strong background in civil engineering essential.

  • Previous experience running multiple sites also essential.

    Role

  • To be ultimately responsible for up to 5 sites at any one time.

  • Co-ordinate consultant’s drawings and information to include, engineering, architectural, landscaping, ecological and geotechnical.

  • Check architect and engineers drawings to ensure proposals/details are practical and economic;

  • Co-ordinate and manage all stages of structural warranty applications including discharging conditions, liaising with surveyors/ inspectors and obtaining warranty certificates;

  • Co-ordinate and manage all stages of building control applications.

  • Processing of Section 104, 38, 278 and 184 Agreements to include achieving technical approval, processing legals and finalising the agreements

  • Ensure the timely discharge of planning conditions;

  • Liaising with utility companies to line up services and diversions.

  • Preparing Technical Specifications and Materials Schedules

  • Liaising with SAP assessors to obtain design stage SAP calculations and refine specifications on a site specific basis to achieve cost savings.

  • Obtain postal addresses and robust detail registrations.
