Head Chef Rosette Hotel
Our client is seeking a Head Chef for their beautiful Hotel on the Isle of Wight who are seeking a Head Chef to deliver 2 Rosettes.
The ideal Head Chef will have previously worked in rosette background, this would suite either a strong Sous Chef looking to make a name for themselves or a Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge.
The Hotel is only open March to October, but the employer is happy for the Chef to go off and do relief work.
