Trainee Account Manager

From £18,000 p.a. Salary (some flexibility may be offered to more experienced candidates) + OTE £30K+

Are you a Sales Executive or a Sales Administrator looking to develop your skills and progress in your career as a Trainee Account Manager? Or are you already an Account Manager working in the technology sector looking for a new challenge?

The salary for this account management opportunity is from £18,000 p.a. if you wish to join as a trainee, however this can be flexible depending on relevant experience and skills in the IT sector. You will also earn commission with an OTE of £30K+. As a Trainee Account Manager you will be responsible for managing low value client accounts and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will be required to administer customer contract re-signs and amendments, monitor the sales inbox, provide a high standard of administrative support, ensure the CRM is up to date, answer telephone calls, and proactively suggest department improvements or sales enhancing deals.

Account Manager Requirements:
*Excellent knowledge of a CRM system and a good understanding of Microsoft Office
*Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
*Strong administration skills
*Able to manage your time, organise your workload, and multi-task
*Must have a proactive continuous improvement approach with a desire to grow and embrace a full sales role as part of a complete progression plan for your future career
*A sales or account management background would be advantageous
*IT knowledge is desirable

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
