Service Advisor (motor trade main dealer)

Service Advisor required for franchised car dealership in the Maidenhead area of Berkshire

£32,500 per annum salary package

£25,000 basic salary
OTE takes earning potential to £32,500 per annum
Leading brand and independently owned dealership
Industry leading brand based training and development programme

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading car dealership in the Maidenhead area, to find an experienced Service Advisor with a focus on high customer service levels to work within their busy aftersales department.

If you are looking for a new opportunity and have automotive Service Advisor experience, or have experience in a dealer aftersales department and would like to move into a Service Advisor role, then we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

My client is a leading dealer in the area and nationally with the brand they represent. The service department’s sole focus is on customer service levels on the day of a customer’s visit to them. Appointment bookings, invoicing and visit follow up calls are handled elsewhere in the business, which allows the team of Service Advisors to focus only on the customers they have visiting each day. This approach allows dedicated customer interaction, open communication and the freedom to focus on each and every customer’s experience throughout their vehicle’s visit to the workshop.

Candidate requirements;
Must hold a valid, full UK drivers licence
Experience in a main car dealer aftersales role
Strong customer service and retention focus
A highly organised, adaptable and effective communicator

Working hours; Monday-Friday with Saturday mornings on rota basis (1 in 3)
