Huntress Harlow are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Stansted for this leading professional organisation. Working within a group of companies, this role is working on a newly established area of the business. Reporting directly into the Finance Director, typical duties and responsibilities will include the following.
- Code, check and process supplier invoices
- Reconcile Supplier statements
- Payment of suppliers and dealing with queries that arise
- Responsible for the expenditure and analysis for the department
The successful candidate will come from a Purchase Ledger or Accounting background and have an eye for detail and accuracy. You will need to be confident and capable dealing with high volumes and an all encompassing position.
You will need to have a good telephone manner and communication skills, ideally with experience of multi currencies and exchange rates. You must be able to multi-task and work well across all other departments.
