My client - Is a leading supplier of time and attendance , and workforce management systems. They supply a range of of systems and products to technical and non-technical people in a wide range of businesses and market sectors.

The responsibilities and objective’s include:

To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, qualifying prospects to determine their requirements, demonstrating systems, provifing quotes and closing orders.

Qualify new inboard enquiries to ascertain initial set of requirements

Understand and assess customer needs and pain points

Provide systems demonstrations

Prepare quotations

Follow up on previous enquiries to progress through the sales cycle

Close the potential opportunities

Keep CRM records up to date

Maker outbound cold calls to specific organisations to establish potential interest in products and solutions. Prospecting for business

Report your activities in line with management expectations

Feedback market intelligence gained in customer interactions

Essential experience required:

Proven experienced telesales/telemarketing background

A good understanding of IT particular web-based products

Ability to sell a software product
