Employee Engagement and Relations Manager - Training
Creative Support is a fast growing national not-for-profit organization providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs and an employer to over 5,000 staff members. Based within our busy, dynamic office in Manchester city centre and our Head Office in Stockport Town Centre you will provide support to our services across the country. Some travel may be required to other locations across England.
For this role we are seeking an exceptional individual with strong people skills who has the ability to lead a team in championing employee welfare, promoting employee relations via consultation meetings and grievance resolutions in addition to providing confidential advice and support to our nationally located employees. You must be able to liaise confidently with employees, managers and trade union officers delivering an efficient HR service which meets the highest levels customer care standards.
As the Employee Engagement and Relations Manager, your role will be to ensure that agency and stakeholder requirements are met and that all personnel procedures meet legal compliance and are fair, consistent and are carried out according to best practice. You must have significant relevant experience with a professional, confidential approach.
