You will be working for a well known building contractor providing contracts to Social Housing organisations within Bristol, Bath and Gloucestershire.
Your new role
As a resident liaison officer you will manage a patch of properties located in Bristol, Bath & Gloucester and managed by various registered social landlords. You will be required to visit multiple properties to discuss with residents the proposed refurbishment of their kitchen or bathroom. When you have agreed details with the resident, a start date for the works will be booked. During the works process additional visits may also be required.You will be working on the initial stages of the project, providing expert advice on planned works, programmes and working in partnership with residents to decide on their works.
What you'll need to succeed
A full driving license is essential to this role. You must have strong knowledge working with Social Housing residents and be able to be proactive within your role. You must have working knowledge in planned programming and strong knowledge liaising with tenants.
