Online Sales Merchandiser

Location: Manchester

Salary: up to £20,000

NJR are currently working with a multi-channel, fast paced, dynamic business and due to their ever expanding growth have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, passionate Online Sales Merchandiser to support the Sales Executive for all online customer / client based accounts.

You will be responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales activity that include any administration in relation to uploading lines, forecasting and stock reservations. You will be working alongside the stock merchandisers to manage all online forecast to ensure product availability at all times.


  • Complete team creation forms including product features and benefits
  • Update online systems with high spec images
  • Submit new products to online customers
  • Confirm product go live dates ensuring stock availability
  • Update EDI System with new lines and prices
  • Update Navision systems with new prices
  • Investigate slow moving line - report to sales executive /customer for resolution
  • Manage inventory reservations for live products
  • Responsible for all case logging and full resolution of debits (to include Faulty Goods/short deliveries /late deliveries/Bagging and tapping.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Sales Merchandiser - preferably within a similar environment with experience of high profile online client accounts. You will have excellent communication and organisations skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
