Location- Large patch in Yorkshire 

An IFA vacancy with a firm whose HQ is in Somerset. They are both Chartered Insurance Brokers, and Chartered Financial Planners.

The role is home-based, covering a fairly large patch around Yorkshire, with a number of the leads towards. There is an existing client bank of up to £5m in FUM to take over, with the majority of the recurring income at 1%. In addition to this, the company has maintained connections with a small number of professional affinity groups for the last 20 years. These are mostly Dentists (50%) and Vets (30%), with the other 20% made up of Optometrists and Pharmacists.

While a basic salary of £35k - £38k may not be overly inspiring, there is strong earnings potential here. A £4k annual bonus based on file quality and compliance is as good as guaranteed if you do your job properly, and you'll also receive bonus if you add at least £2m in new FUM per annum (all 7 Advisers across the UK have comfortably achieved this in 2016), and another bonus based on fee income.

Bonuses are uncapped and with the volume of leads you'll receive, a proactive IFA should comfortably earn £50k in their 1st year and add around £10k per annum to this ongoing. You won't be stuck on a modest salary for long either. The top 2 IFAs are on £55k+ salaries and invest an average of £5m in new FUM each per annum from company leads.

The company is fully committed to their IFAs achieving chartered status, and they all sat AF5 in October, with AF4 to follow in April.

Full admin and paraplanning support will be provided from head office. Appointments will also be booked on your behalf.
