We are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing and leading charity.

Our client is looking to expand their team in the Commercial Services division with a new and exciting opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and hard working. You will have a pivotal role to play in presenting a range of products and services to businesses around the UK.

Your duties will include:
-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services
·Identify, explore and assess a business’s needs and engage with them to ensure they receive the right solution
·Direct prospects to the Field Based team and arrange face to face meetings for them.
·Effective diary management for yourself and for the Field Based Team
·CRM management
·Build relationships with the Field Based Team and collectively carry responsibility for targets
·Build sustainable relationships of trust with businesses through open and interactive communication
·To process orders received from existing businesses
·Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
·Deliver outbound sales campaigns meeting personal/team targets set
·Provide and collate market information to assist with future sales plans
·Co-ordinate with marketing to ensure thorough delivery of specific campaigns
·Achieve agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
