Support Desk Operator
We are a national financial software house and we’re looking for a Support Desk Operator to join us. You will be working from our luxury offices in Covent Garden, this is an exciting opportunity to join the company as we are going through a period of rapid expansion.
You will utilise excellent client service skills and aim to exceed clients expectations. We are looking for a dynamic, professional individual with strong business acumen, the ability to think strategically and to understand our clients business and organisational needs.
- To provide first level support to our clients, providing solutions to client problems or escalating to second or third level support as necessary
- Successfully prioritise clients and manage expectations
- Grow your knowledge of our products and services in order to service our clients efficiently
- A recent graduate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- An interest and ability to learn and develop
- Consistent high level of client care and responsiveness and commitment to delivering a high standard of work
