With a large facilities division in the South West and nationally you will be able to over your clients expertise in Operations and maintenance management, A complete range of building services including reception, catering, mail room, security, pest control and landscaping. As well as Energy and sustainability services, Quality, Health & Safety Environment management. You will be working on a large well known commercial Bristol site.
Your new role
Your new role is for a commercial gas engineer working for a large well known Mechanical and Electrical provider within their Bristol team. The role has come about due to the success and expansion of the business. You will be working within a large Hard services team on a major Bristol Site. You will be working closely with all of the maintenance team and be responsible for maintaining all Mechanical and Electrical items. You will have a key role to play in planning and completing oil and Gas/boiler installations as well as proactive inspections and any remedial repairs. Including commercial heating installations, plumbing installations and ventilation systems. This role will allow you to do a variety of work and not just gas engineering.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will need to be Gas Safe Qualified (OFTEC) as well as having a recognised Mechanical qualification. You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience within a maintenance role, as well as experience working within a commercial environment. You will need to have a good technical knowledge of building systems and understanding of M&E
