Our client is a high end specialist retailer based in the West End of London.  They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their small team in a busy, hands on administrative role.

Working as part of a small team, this is a varied role, duties will include the following:

- Matching/batching and processing purchase invoices onto Navision

 - Self-invoicing processing

 - Banking – processing of cheques, cash and credit cards

-  Taking telephone card payments

- Timesheet entry

-  Assisting with the processing of expenses

- Maintaining and reconciling petty cash/petty cash management

- Maintaining purchase order control

- Maintaining the database/spreadsheets

- Dealing with internal queries as well as from suppliers and customers

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a varied finance role and be educated to at least A-level standard (or equivalent).  The company is keen to meet with candidates who are embarking on studying towards the AAT qualification.

Knowledge of MS Office is essential and previous experience using an accountancy package such as Navision is preferred.
