Customer Insight Analyst job working for a leading global media organisation based in the City, £30K + bens
Your new company
You will work for a leading global media organisation with headquarters in London. They are listed in the London Stock Exchange. You will be attached to the EMEA team, in their rapidly growing Insight and Marketing team.
Your new role
You will work as part of the EMEA team and will be a strategic and analytical individual with a good understanding of data analysis, excellent research skills and also a proven ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels in support of business development activity. You will work with the wider team to manage and analyse the data, marketing, brand and events teams. You will also play a key part in the identifying of new opportunities for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree educated, with 4 - 5 years of experience working in a customer analytics role. You will be excellent at prioritising and proven project management skills. You will be confident, professional and motivated to work within a global business. You will have advanced Excel and Powerpoint experience, and also experience using statistical software such as SPSS and SAS. You will have a strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
