My client, one of the most prestigious financial institutions in England are recruiting for an Executive Hospitality & Front of House Assistant.

This position is a very high profile role and will require someone who is experienced within the Soft Services of FM and who ideally has had a background in Security/Front of House within a 5 star establishment such as; Hotel, Fine Dining.

The candidate's priority will be to ensure excellent standards of service, specifically paying attention to the Governor and Executive team with the day to day functioning

You will be required to carry out a wide range of service to the Governors' and Executive Team such as the following:

-Laying up for lunches & dinners
-Serving at functions - which include high profile events
-Escorting visitors
-Acting as the Governors Steward
-Distributing of post within the area
-Daily auditing of artefact's

Key skills:

-You must be able to work in a team as well as on your own and be confident in your approach.
-Strong communication skills.
-Flexibility to work the rolling rota - ranging from 07:00am - 18:00pm and possibly beyond these hours.(Potentially up to midnight if working on a dinner shift)

This role is working Monday to Friday but there may be occasions when you will be required to work weekends.

The remuneration is made up of 3 parts:
-A base salary
-Flexible benefits package - 7% of base salary - can be taken as cash or used to buy from a range of benefits (brochure attached) including up to 13 days additional leave, gym memberships, private health insurance for partner/family - (your private health insurance is a core benefit).
