Desktop Support - Client Site
Our client are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will either come from a field based background or Desktop Support background and be responsible for providing 2nd line support. You will working closely with a number of schools so the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.
Key Skills: -
Windows Server - just basic healthchecks as their is a 3rd line support team
Windows 7 essential and Windows 1 would be a nice to have.
Active Directory to set up Group Policies
Office 365 or Exchange
Although a lot of the work will be BAU there will also be some project work around deployments.
