Part Time Accounts Assistant
My client is a successful retail business with offices based in Leeds City Centre. They have a small accounts function and are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to work 20-25 hours per week alongside their Management Accountant.
The company are flexible on working hours/days, and will consider both 3 full days or 5 half days depending on what is best suited to the successful candidate.
They key duties of this role will include:
- New products upload
- Pricing management upload & change management
- Sales files processing & invoicing
- Stock input
- Stock account reconciliation
- Other ad hoc reporting/modelling
- Expenses processing
- Sales invoice raising
- Cash & payment postings
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of purchase and sales ledger - Essential
- Have previous experience of accounts administration - Essential
- Have previous knowledge of accountancy software - Essential
- Have excellent communication skills - Essential
