Are you an experienced & dynamic Contact Centre Manager seeking a fresh challenge with a company who will be going through a period of growth based in the Chichester area, then we have just the position for you.

We are seeking a professional individual to oversee the company's contact centre of approximately 12 employees and be responsible for the customer service, administration, sales activities and be responsible for recommending and implementing change projects relating to contact centre activities and structure.

Salary is c£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus performance related bonus OTE £45k normal office hours Mon to Fri 9.00-5.30, 22 days annual leave, Pension.

Duties will be ensuring retention of customers, promoting new products and ensuring adequate cover for the client, organising rotas, holiday requests etc., monitoring performance & training requirements, recruiting new staff, implementation of new products ensuring compliance, implementing staff incentives, controlling staff & non staff costs, proposing & implementing growth initiatives such as outbound sales calling, cross-selling and customer retention strategies, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time and in line with commitments to customers, ensure sales are completed ethically and in line with FCA requirements.

Ideal applicant will have previous experience of working as a manager or senior within a contact centre environment, have a good understanding of training and management requirements to achieve desired staff performance, a knowledge of insurance from retail/corporate partnership perspective would be preferred, working knowledge of FCA regulations and treating customers fairly, Strong People Management skills in terms of coaching, developing and managing performance, ability to proactively drive change & improve engagement, analytical, commercial acumen including negotiation/presentation & influencing, able to take responsibility for any issues arising and a strong communicator.
