Whipsnade Zoo - A fantastic venue that Levy Restaurants UK are now proud to be the catering partner for.  Levy Restaurants provide catering for day visitors and will soon be relaunching the Wild bite Café as a River Cottage Restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef used to high volumes to really make an impact and relaunch our offer!

Package description

£30,000 per annum

To work 5 out of 7 days, in line with business needs. 

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our motivated and focused Kitchen Brigade. As Senior Sous Chef you will produce fresh food and help transit the existing restaurant to River Cottage standards using the finest and freshest ingredients.

As Senior Sous Chef you will be enthusiastic, passionate, able to demonstrate strong craft skills whilst remaining calm under pressure. We have a fantastic team with great development opportunities and you will support the Head Chef in managing the team, while maintaining good supplier relationships and all Health & Safety in the kitchen.
