BOLD AND EXCITING MARKETING EXECUTIVE NEEDED!!!  

To contribute to, implement and monitor strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across allactivities, products and services of The Company.  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Planning, developing and project managing individual promotional campaigns from implementation, measuring to recommendation.
- Copy-writing and proof-reading on-line and off-line content. For ex; adverts, emails, newsletters, brochures etc.
- Managing production of digital/print advertising and direct mail sourcing, booking and monitoring. Negotiating media purchase. Where possible ensure a high quality and cost-effective service at all times.
- Planning, organising and at times attending exhibitions.
- Create and manage campaigns and schedules. Ensure campaigns are successfully delivered within time and budgetary constrains.
- Undertaking competitor, customer and market research.
- Maintenance of web content.
- In collaboration with the Content Editor update and manage social media activity.
- In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Exec support SEO activity.
- Adhering to our visual identity and advising colleagues of correct usage.
- Liaison with, briefing and co-ordination of suppliers of services including designers, copywriters, mailing houses, exhibition organisers, publishers, data providers etc.
- Attending meetings on behalf of the marketing team where required.
- Developing links with external organisations to widen communication influence and develop partnerships.
- Monitoring analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
- Analytically measuring the success of campaigns; producing monthly campaign reports to influence future activity.
- Interpreting marketing analysis, making comparisons and making recommendations.
- Creating integrated marketing plans, presenting them to the Line Manager and implementing them. Contribute to the budget and planning implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Formulate innovative techniques for direct marketing and online marketing campaigns.
- Any other duties that may reasonably be required.

IDEAL PERSONAL SPEC

- Accumulated knowledge and analytical skill demanded in the job.
- At least two years experience working within a marketing role.
- Degree educated with professional qualification in marketing.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written English.
- Good experience of working with the full marketing communications mix, including digital communications and social media.
- Good experience of planning, creating and implementing marketing campaign activity.
- Good IT competencies, including knowledge of word-processing, ability to use access databases and PowerPoint.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Data management skills.
- Knowledge of design and print processes.
- Knowledge of education and the financial services industry.
- Numerate and strong analytical skills and ability to monitor data for the implementation of new marketing campaigns and the measurement/ROI tracking of existing campaigns.
