English learning support staff
LCJ are seeking experienced English learning support staff.
This position is to start in September 2017.
They are a unique SEMH provision following a therapeutic, humanistic approach to education and childhood development.
Their goal is to ensure that vulnerable SEMH children stay within an educational setting or return from home education before eventually returning to mainstream or specialist provision’s as quickly as possible.
We need committed learning support staff to support our teaching staff.
You should have a good general education and an ability to foster good relationships, whilst demonstrating patience and sensitivity.
Also, you should be able to work flexibly as part of an established team.
Excellent references are also required.
