We have been appointed by an established and growing broker to help meet their property insurance portfolio expansion.

Their continual successful growth means they are looking to for a number of Insurance Advisors to further expand their Customer Service and Renewals Teams.

Do you have insurance experience in Household, HNW or Commercial SME products?
Can you deliver a first class customer service to existing policyholders over the phone?
You will need to have experience in insurance and ideally have worked in a Call Centre environment but if you believe you can help grow this company then we need to hear from you.

Roles in this team offer an excellent base salary and a quarterly bonus. You’ll be part of an existing, experienced team who advise on a variety of insurance products by providing friendly, informative advice from a range of providers.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices and providing recommendations ensuring both the customer and business needs are met.
Provide advice in accordance with the Company and FCA processes.
Be involved with the full customer journey from handling calls, generating policy documents and informing existing customers about other products within the business.

Experience Required

Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience of working within an Insurance environment, preferably offering household insurance through Open GI, although this is not essential. What is essential is that you have an excellent telephone manner and can delivery true customer service skills with a willingness to work hard to help grow the business.

This is a full time role, working 37.5hrs a week with an annual OTE of up to £20,000 for the right candidate - if you haven't worked in insurance or a customer service role dealing with people over the phone this role probably isn't for you.
