European Sales Operations Manager
A Global Automotive brand are recruiting a Sales Operations Manager to join the European Head Office and work closely with the European Regional Sales Managers in order to achieve key commercial objectives within the European markets by acting as link between individual markets and Head Office. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Automotive professional from a manufacturer looking to develop their career In a European Sales related function.
Input into the commercial objectives and communicate targets to individual markets
Review sales performance to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives and provide input where required
Develop collaborative relationships with the Regional Sales Managers and Country Managers
Key contact for all departments including Dealer Development, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Planning
Develop and deliver sales presentations to Senior Management and the European Leadership team
Contribute to budget and strategy planning
Support with new model pricing and launch activity for individual markets
You will have experience of working with a manufacturer in a commercial or central function - which could include Sales, Operations, Marketing, Senior Administration, Planning or Supply - with a desire to develop your career in a sales-related role
You will be a credible and confident presenter and communicator with the ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels within a European business
You will have strong analysis and reporting skills
You will be required to travel to European markets occasionally
