Leasing Account Manager - Manchester . Basic £18-24k (exp depending) OTE £55k+

(Tiered commission scheme and quarterly bonus) Car Scheme (after qualifying period)

Exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our client - a pioneer and market leader in the UK car leasing industry. The business has had 5 years of continued growth and is a specialist in the prestige car market. Due to a period of sustained growth, the business now requires support from talented sales staff to facilitate their SME and Private clientele. The role of Leasing Account Manager will be to work in a performance driven office environment. Applicants will need to be sharp negotiators with a highly professional telephone manner and excellent IT skills. You will be used to making outbound sales calls and proven experience in converting those calls.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries regarding new vehicle leasing
  • Generating your own client base from inbound leads
  • Making Outbound business development calls
  • Negotiating leasing rates with clients
  • Servicing existing client's requirements for additional vehicles
  • Document Management for each lease

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication both written & verbal
  • Previous Sales experience
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to make confident decisions
  • Ability to establish good working relationship
  • Work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • A consistent professional approach to all tasks

Preferable skills:

  • An understanding of new vehicle models
  • Previous leasing experience
