Young Epilepsy is the leading national charity working exclusively to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions, and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.

The Database Officer is a crucial role on our fundraising and communications team, in ensuring that we keep accurate records of all donor and supporter activity, including their engagement history. The role also involves training database users across the organisation, producing reports on database activity, trends and records to inform strategic decision-making and income planning. The post will also assist with change management and our plans to introduce a new charity-wide database solution in 2018.

To be successful, you must be highly numerate with an excellent eye for detail and confident of working with CRM systems and databases. Previous database experience in a fundraising, marketing or communications environment is desirable. You will also have strong analytical skills, be able to plan well and deliver in a timely way, communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Flexible working hours will be considered.

We offer an attractive range of benefits including generous annual leave, occupational pension scheme, subsidised dining room, gym membership options (on and off-site) and Perkbox, giving you access to nationwide benefits.

We are accessible by bus, by train via the East Grinstead branch of the Oxted Line and by car and offer free parking on our campus.

*To apply we will need a Covering Letter and CV.
