We are looking to recruit an ERP Systems Analyst (FA & PCB) to join a small supportive and collaborative team, within a vibrant fast moving environment. You will provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to ERP system users in the resolution of support requests.

What your role will be

We want you to be proactive when implementing and subsequently supporting the delivery of solutions and ERP system improvements to meet our customer requirements. Your role will support the ERP Architects and Senior Systems Analysts with the on-going maintenance and development of the Group’s ERP system. You will support the ERP system and users handling support calls, finding issues and resolving them with your excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for monitoring the fixed assets and project costing and billing modules specifically. You will generate, develop and support published reports on Business World functionality.

Your background

You will have experience of working with an enterprise system (preferably Unit4 Business World). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fixed assets, their depreciation and experience of project costing. It is imperative that you have previous knowledge of systems analysis and identifying and implementing business process improvements.
We need someone that has initiative and so examples of where you have evaluated and documented resolutions to minimise and prevent future errors will be explored.  A key skill in order to be successful in this role is the ability to extract and interrogate information, and make recommendations on optimising the potential of the ERP System to meet the needs of the business. Some knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.

What we offer you

This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to play an integral role in an interesting and growing team within the Group, and there will be future opportunities. You will work very closely with experienced analysts who will look to grow and develop your skill-set.
Furthermore you will enjoy the many varied benefits relating to being a Places for People employee; this includes a generous holiday entitlement and pension scheme.
