Sales Operations Manager needed! Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage their growing team. The role will involve both strategic planning, budgeting team management and assisting with closing deals. This position offers a competitive base salary on a basic of £35,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, along with a great benefits package.

Our client is based in St Neots and has some exciting plans for 2017 that you could be a part of! Ideally you will have experience working with in a similar role within a Managed Service company. They are a great team with lots of potentials, and this could be your chance to grow and develop their current sales team.

As Sales Operations Manager you should be exceptionally organised, articulate and a good communicator, be self-motivated and able to manage your own time along with:
• Be commutable to the St Neots office
• Understand the requirements of integrated business planning and the need to link strategic objectives to operational delivery
• Build strong relationships with the Technical and Support teams and communicate bid resource requirements effectively
• Be responsive and agile when required to meet the operational needs of the business
• Be process driven with a performance focus
• Proven track record of achievements including performance against targets
• Have an outgoing personality, conscientious with an eye for detail
