Office Administration Assistant
A well-established Lloyd’s Syndicate is currently looking to recruit a driven and dedicated Administration Assistant to join the team for a fixed term contract of 3 months, with a high possibility of a contract extension.
Based in London City, the position requires an individual with a high attention to detail and strong communication skills. The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing specific support, as required to the COO, Personal/Executive Assistants and Receptionist as required.
• Scanning, emailing documentation, filing & general administration including reception cover.
• Assisting other members of the department during busy periods.
Individuals with previous experience within the Insurance Industry are of particular interest. Please note, only candidates who are immediately available or on a 1-2 week notice period will be considered.
