Graduate Billings / Sales Ledger Administrator

This is a new role down to a shift in billing processes. An exciting opportunity for individuals with sales ledger / billing experience to join this multi-billion turnover company.

The role would suit a Graduate in ideally one of the following fields:-
*Accountancy & Finance
*Business & Finance
*Forensic Accounting
*Business Studies

A placement year or some experience within a similar billings / sales ledger role would be ideal but not essential.

Main Duties:-
*Reporting to the Credit Control Manager and working with a team of 5 Billing Administrators and 5 Credit Controllers.
*Dealing with some of the Key Accounts, each having different billing requirements.
*Identifying and resolving invoice queries.
*Raising a high volume of bills / sales ledger invoices daily.
*Requesting and gaining authorisation of credit notes to correct invoicing errors.
*Processing invoice submissions.
*Processing new accounts - inclusive of ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and running credit checks and setting credit limits.
*Running monthly statements and letter runs.
*Maintaining customer relationships including client visits.
*Liaising with Senior Management to resolve and highlight debt issues.
*Assist Credit Control Manager with any one off reporting or system changes.

Ideally you will have
-Experience within a similar high volume processing role.
-Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
-Excellent accuracy skills and great attention to detail.
