Legal 500 law firm with an established presence across Dorset is expanding and seeking to recruit an additional Legal Secretary to join the team and work across a number of locations.
This is a unique role and would involve working in a full time basis providing cover to different departments and offices covering sickness, leave and working in departments during busy periods. This is a broad role and would require providing full secretarial and administrative support across its departments including contentious and non contentious law dealing with diary management, typing documents, file management and general administrative duties.
The role of Legal Secretary would suit an experienced individual that has previously worked within a law firm with excellent typing skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks and used dealing with clients.
It is essential that you have your own transport and happy to work within areas of law covering conveyancing, family and dispute resolution.
