Leading Professional Services company is seeking to a appoint an experienced Bid Administrator to work within its Marketing department.

This role presents the opportunity to join a highly successful organisation and offers a competitive salary up to £23,000pa plus benefits.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Tender Manager providing administrative support for the preparation of bids and tenders.
- Production of tender and bid material
- Setting up meetings
- Process of requests for information and proposals
- Research and information gathering
- Maintenance and library of standard documents
- Preparing information to tight dealines

Candidates should be able to display intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (particularly MS Word - formatting documents, importing photos, logos etc) and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will have experience of, and be capable of working to very tight deadlines, whilst dealing with multiple projects.
