Our Client is a highly regarded and established company based in Watford and are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance department.

Within the role of Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will work as a member of a strong finance team and your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coding, batching and posting invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Resolution of invoice queries
  • Preparation of BACS payment runs
  • Allocation of payments
  • Liaison with internal and external customers
  • Adhoc duties relating to the Purchase Ledger function

You will have:

  • Experience working within a Purchase Ledger role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and be highly organised
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently and achieve deadlines
