A leading international Estate Agent is looking to recruit a driven and ambitious sales person to join their exciting business development department. Our client is commonly regarded as one of the leading estate agents in London and has one of the largest business development departments in the industry offering fantastic career progression and training. This role is Monday to Friday and offers uncapped earning potential.

Day to day you will be conducting sales calls to clients, administering leads, liaising with your offices negotiators and maintaining and updating the databases. You will be responsible for growing your own pipeline of new business, building relationships with clients, as well as utilising existing registers. Understanding the company as a whole the ability to cross-sell whilst maintaining a professional and enthusiastic demeanour will be the key to your success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and engaging phone manner
  • Target driven within a sales environment and career focused with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail, good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the house buying process preferable but not essential
