Your new role
You will enjoy working on technical projects and implementations whilst providing high standards of technical support on our global service desk. Seated next to key members of our Senior technical team, including architects and senior engineers, we will provide you with the perfect environment to grow your technical abilities.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant for this role, you will be an ambitious and intuitive technical professional with previous experience of supporting Windows technologies, Active Directory and VoIP along with commercial exposure to networking technologies such as LAN, DNS, DHCP or VPN. Commercial exposure to Windows Server 2008/2012 will help you greatly in your role, as will MS Exchange.
