Macildowie are currently working along side a well established successful business based in Leicestershire to recruit a credit control position. The successful candidate will be primarily taking payments from customers in arrears, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls and handling the account start to finish.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Inbound/outbound calls, Calling customers and chasing payments for their arrears and also taking incoming calls.
Reschedule accounts for payment dates and method of payment, engaging with clients about their financial status
Process card payments
Admin duties to insure the accounts are all up to date
Keep the system up to date, sending customer letters
Qualifications and skills requirements:
Previous experience in Credit Control/collections
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and any credit control systems
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
The position will pay up to £20,000 plus bonus, please call me on for more info.
