Exact working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:30-18:30. There may be a requirement to work occasional weekends or alternative hours during the week in order to support the YMCA East Surrey Children’s Services department

Annual Leave:  160 hours per annum plus bank holidays. The holiday year runs from 1 April – 31 March. An incremental increase applies with service and commences after 2 years completed service increasing to a maximum entitlement of 200 hours after 6 years service.

Benefits –The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA Fitness Centre, and half price childcare for dependents.

There is free parking available and the YMCA operates a Bike to Work Scheme.

About the Role

YMCA East Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced, motivated individual to assist and support the planning and delivery of Y-Kids Redhill Playscheme and After School Club for children aged 4-12 years old. As well as working directly with the children during the schemes, during term time this person will spend 20 hours per week supporting the Scheme Coordinators with administration including organising staffing rotas and staff training.
