Are you part qualified/qualified in UK ACCA, ICAEW, or similar qualifications with specialist knowledge of relevant practices, industry trends and issues in Compliance and Statutory Accounts?  Do you have experience of preparing and delivering statutory accounts to clients for review and approval?

REED is delighted to be working in partnership with a global consultancy firm that are seeking a permanent Compliance Manager to report in to the Head of Compliance.

You will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of of client care and service is maintained so that all service deliverables are achieved to the defined quality standard and on schedule.


- Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders (i.e Client Compliance Manager and Client Services Team to gain a clear understanding of client requirements and the terms for services to be provided.
- Take on CCM role for a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for all client communications for compliance work in all countries, working with regional teams to manage delivery of compliance filings
- Manage a small team of individuals to ensure that client services are provided within agreed terms and to the company processes.
- Gain a full understanding of the reporting requirements relevant to the countries allocated.
-Ensure appropriate information is gathered from both internal sources and the client to allow delivery of compliance advice and services.
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure the work for each client is progressed as agreed
- Ensure that all filings are completed in line with the country reporting timelines and specific client requirements, and plan work to ensure that clients are provided with sufficient time to review filings, prior to the filing deadline.
- Liaise with auditors and external affiliates
- Review and finalise the reconciliations between local accounts and the client's management accounts, to ensure that the client is provided with a full and detailed explanation of the differences between each set of reports. 
- Liaise with the relevant parties
- Ensure appropriate advice and assistance is sought from Affiliates in relevant countries.

In order to be successful you will need to have:

- Ideally part qualified or qualified by experience or equivalent in ACCA, ICAEW or similar qualifications with specialist knowledge of relevant practices, industry trends and issues in Compliance and Statutory Accounts.
- Experience of preparation and delivery statutory accounts to clients for review and approval
- Experience of external audit process 
- Good organisational skills and experience managing multiple client deliverables at one time
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Proactive use of systems to facilitate workflow management and deadline management across a number of clients.
