We are currently recruiting strong customer focussed individuals to become Customer Contact Advisors for our Financial Services client based in Central Bristol.
You would be required to process Customer queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner. Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved. So great telephone manner required.
