About our Client
Our client is a well-known household brand, who believe every one of their customers deserves the best customer care. And excellence is a standard, not a target!
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days which can include weekends on a variable shift pattern covering the office opening hours from 8 am to 10 pm (8 hour days) Commission also paid with an OTE of £26K. Typical shifts will work on a week turnaround basis 8-5/9-6/1-10. Generally, you will be working a minimum of 1 day of the weekend every weekend with a day off in the week.
It is essential that you are confident in taking orders over the phone and have a thirst for knowledge. You also need to be comfortable to upsell and cross sell.
You will be providing an executive and consultative customer service approach over the phone, via email and Live chat.
