This well known high quality Hotel complete with award winning restaurant operation nr Harrogate in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a chef de partie to join this successful brigade
This Chef de Partie role would suit an experienced demi or Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire Hotel has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire and produce from its walled garden and nearby estate, they are indeed very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce award winning menu showcasing the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality. This busy restaurant menu produces food for up to 200 covers a day.
Plus a new venture is opening also where they are seeking to showcase the garden - The restaurant will be aiming for a Michelin star
You will have rosette experience but also some volume experience due to the banqueting this hotel can do.
Chef de Partie skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food (rosette awarded ideally) at Chef de Partie level
1-2 Rosette standard desired not essential
some volume experience would be advantageous
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
