IT Support /1st line / IT Service Desk sought for a prestigious organisation with head quarters in Guildford

As the first point of call within IT you will be responsible for providing support to internal users, prioritising issues and escalating them where needed.
The purpose of this role is to provide IT Support, the post holder will perform a broad range of IT support (Windows technologies, PC support, software)

Specific Skills and abilities:
Good Customer Service Skills, both written and face to face
Knowledge on Active Directory
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build PC’s and Laptop PC’s
Driving Licence as some remote support might be required.
Quick learner and has a logical troubleshooting approach
Experience in working to SLA's
Good attention to detail
