Our client is a popular destination food led pub with an excellent reputation set in the Nidderdale area. They are looking for an enthusiasticSous Chef to come on board and work with their brigade of 5. This busy" foodie" pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid top end gastro background

My clients are currently searching for an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the head chef and run the kitchen in their absence at this exciting gastro. All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.

Key points needed for this Sous Chef role
Help create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Assisting with the Financial management of the kitchen
