The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid top end gastro background
My clients are currently searching for an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the head chef and run the kitchen in their absence at this exciting gastro. All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
