We are looking for a full time Nights Manager (internally we call this a Nights Team Manager) to join our Shell Forecourt at Telford Motorway Services, M54, Shropshire and inspire the team. As a Nights Team Manager you will work with your Unit Business Manager, sharing responsibility for leading, supporting and motivating your teams to achieve brilliant results, a superb customer experience and excellent sales performance, ensuring that we never deliver anything less than the highest standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for the security of the site services ensuring everything adheres to health and safety and security standards.

First-rate communication and influencing skills are really important here, plus proven experience of team work, supervising team leaders and their teams. On top of that, you’ll need to be the kind of person who can make quick decisions, challenge the norm and get things done! You’ll also be fully involved in recruitment, staff development and business strategy. Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or food service outlet is essential. This will be matched with drive, passion for standards and sales, and a proven ability to rise to a challenge and exceed expectations.

For this particular role it would be advantageous if applicants are a good leader, a great coach, standards driven and be able to effectively deliver brand standards.

Due to licensing regulations applicants must be over 18 years of age. This is a permanent full time contract of 40 hours over 5 NIGHTS per week. Ideally applicants will be flexible to work a range of shifts. Salary for this role is up to £18,000 per annum.
